How does it work?
A Solutions To Spec HR Health Check is a half-day session, where we examine the current HR Health or condition of your business. We review your existing documentation and processes to analyse your current people management practices, as well as thoroughly understand your business goals and objectives.
From there, we prepare and provide you with a detailed, easy to understand HR Status Report. This report outlines compliance concerns, opportunities for improvement, and items you will need to address. not only to achieve compliance but improve your people management systems and outcomes.
A HR Health Check can be completed on site or remotely.
Once you have a clear picture of the state of your HR Health and what you need to do moving forwards, you can choose from our support packages for help with some of or all of those areas identified for improvement. We can help you get your business where you want it to be. Simply select the number of hours you think you’ll need for the month and leave the HR work to us.
